Packshot Photography
Packshot photography is a still image of the product in its packaging or labelling. Perfect for ads, magazines and websites, packshot photography is great at promoting on-shelf recognition and driving sales. Shot against a pure white background, it’s a good option for those who want to make their product stand out without the expenditure of a more elaborate lifestyle shoot. Packshot photography offers multiple opportunities for enhancement and manipulation in the editing studio – we know just what to do to give your product a lift.
Lifestyle
Lifestyle shoots let you connect with consumers by showing products off in their ‘natural environment’ – the bathroom, kitchen, garden, office or wherever else that happens to be. Our photographers make use of props, lighting and backdrops to create elegant, realistic lifestyle settings. A studio stylist – provided by us – will look after the choice and layout of props and ensure that the shoot remains in line with the message of your brand.

Q: HOW DO I SEND THE PRODUCTS TO YOU?
If local, you can simply call in and drop them off. If you’re based further away, you can send your products to us through a recorded delivery service, and once the shoot is complete we can post them back to you.
Q: I CAN’T ATTEND THE SHOOT, AM I ABLE TO SIGN THE IMAGES OFF?
That isn’t a problem, initially we will send your images for approval as we shoot. We do require that you make yourself available during this period as not to cause delays.
Q: WHAT KIND OF TURNAROUND TIMES CAN YOU OFFER?
That depends on the schedule in our studio, and on the size and type of shoot you need doing. If our schedule allows it, we will be happy to try and accommodate short-term jobs – give us a call to inquire.
Q: HOW IS YOUR PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY PRODUCED?
As photography professionals, we tailor our technical approach and equipment specifically for the type of shoot we are carrying out. In general, however, our creative work begins well before the first photograph is snapped, since we work closely with our clients to determine their artistic vision. After the shoot – which clients are welcome to attend – the product shots are retouched and enhanced to the clients’ satisfaction as part of the editing process.
Q: CAN YOU SHOOT 360 DEGREE ROTATIONS OF PRODUCTS?
If you require 360 degree images of your products we can also provide this for you. Generally these are shot on a white background to be placed on a website. We can even supply the user interface and code so you can get your rotations of your products online straight away.
